The huge accident sent at least 24 people to hospitals in the area, with up to 60 vehicles involved in the chaos – many were engulfed in flames, WGAL-TV reported. The interstate lanes remained closed between exits 107 and 119 late Monday as emergency crews worked to extinguish the blaze and clear vehicles, the outlet said.
