Authorities say a dangerous mixture of snow and fog has led to the closure that closed a section of the highway in rural Pennsylvania, state transportation officials said. The huge accident sent at least 24 people to hospitals in the area, with up to 60 vehicles involved in the chaos – many were engulfed in flames, WGAL-TV reported. The interstate lanes remained closed between exits 107 and 119 late Monday as emergency crews worked to extinguish the blaze and clear vehicles, the outlet said.
