The collision occurred in Westlink around 15:00 and one lane of the road is blocked.
A police spokesman said: “The lane to Westlink is currently closed in the Divis area due to a traffic collision. Drivers are advised to avoid the area and look for an alternative route.”
Separately, another accident causes delays at the Sydenham bypass at the intersection of Dee Road (to Bangor) and drivers are also asked to look for an alternative route. Motorists are also reminded that Antrim Road in North Belfast remains closed in both directions between Alexandra Park Avenue and Cavehill Street and Limestone Road due to the collapse of a building wall. The road will remain closed indefinitely and traffic will continue to be affected. Drivers are advised to avoid the area and look for alternative main routes for their trip.
