As for where exactly she was discovered… reports say she may be in Lake Prosser. This is where Kiely first went missing weeks ago earlier this month, and search efforts have so far been focused on this area. AWP literally just volunteered their services a day or two ago … pledging to help track her down, and it looks like they did just that. Kiely disappeared on August 6th near Truckee, CA — where she and a bunch of other youths were partying in the Lake Tahoe area. He disappeared late at night, apparently without a trace … and has not been seen since. A massive operation has been launched to locate her. No other details have yet been released as to how Kiely may have ended up in a car and plunged into the lake — and whether foul play is suspected. Story development…
